Where Are My Paid Features?

You may have downloaded the free version of TotalAV even though you have a paid subscription. As it is the free version of TotalAV you will not have access to your premium features. If you have a paid account, to access your premium features, you simply have to log in.

Open TotalAV and go to Settings by clicking the Cog icon:

This will open up this Settings Hub:

Go To Login Access and Click Log In:

Enter your Login Details and your subscription will be activated:

Open TotalAV

Open TotalAV

Click Login button on the top right-hand corner

Enter Login Details

Enter your Email Address

Enter your Password

Click Login

Open TotalAV

Open TotalAV

Click 'Settings'

Click Logout

Click Logout

Enter Login Details

Enter your Email Address

Enter your Password

Click Login

You should now have access to all the features within your paid account.
