Organizing Your Files with Total Drive

When you upload files to Total Drive, you may want to create collections of items together.

Albums - organize images into collections

Folders - organize any item type into a folder structure

Music - organize audio files into playlists

Docs - create collection of document files

You can do this through our website or on the Total Drive app. See below how to organize your files in Total Drive.

Click the Album icon on the left hand navigation.

Click the Add button in the top right.

Give the Album a unique name and click Next.

Select items to add to the Album.

Click Create.

Click the Folders icon on the left hand navigation.

Click the Three Dot Menu button in the top right.

Click New folder.

Enter a name and click Create.

Open the Folder and Click the Add items button.

You can now select the type of items you want to add. To add more items, just keep using the Add items button in the folder.

Click the Music button on the left hand navigation menu.

Click Playlists.

Click the Add icon.

Give the playlist a unique Name and Click Next.

Select the audio files you wish to add and Click Create.

Playlist has been created!

Click the Docs button in the left hand navigation.

Click Sets.

Click the Add icon.

Give the set a unique Name and Click Next.

Select the items you wish to add and Click Create.

Set has been created!

You are able to organize your files via opening up File Explorer in the Total Drive application. As long as Sync is turned on, you will be able to move, delete and create new folders and files here.

Tap the Three Lines Menu icon on the top left of the application.

Tap the Docs button in the menu.

Tap Sets.

Tap the Add icon.

Give the set a unique Name and Tap Create.

Select the items you wish to add and Tap Add.

Set has been created!

Tap the Three Lines Menu icon on the top left of the application.

Tap the Music button in the menu.

Tap Playlists.

Tap the Add icon.

Give the playlist a unique Name and Tap Create.

Select the audio files you wish to add and Tap Add.

Playlist has been created!

Tap the Folders icon on the left hand navigation.

Tap the '+' Button in the bottom right.

Tap New Folder.

Give the Folder a unique name and Tap Create.

Folder Created!

Open the Folder and Tap the '+' Button.

Tap Add Items.

Select the type of items you want to add.

To add more items, just keep using the Add items button in the folde

Tap the Album icon on the middle of the navigation bar at the bottom.

Tap the + button in the bottom right.

Give the Album a unique name.

Select items to add to the Album and Tap Add.

You have Created an Album!
